Assalammualaikum and hai .

I wanna love myself and I do
I wanna be healthy so I need to exercise
I wanna be pretty for myself and DHD

So .. 
I need to love the pains of sweating
I need to possess the feeling of sweating 
Haaa , I need to learn how to love jogging and running

But 
Don't push yourself
Make it a lifestyle , not a short term plan

Love the pain to make it a habit .
